Do you realize this weekend is the 30th anniversary of “Ghostbusters” being released in theaters?? And it’s a shame that people born after 1984 weren’t able to experience the greatness of this movie on the big screen, isn’t it? Well, that wrong is about to be righted. “Ghostbusters” has been restored and remastered and on August 29, it’s going to be released in more than 700 movie theaters across the country!! The re-release is just part of the 30th anniversary celebration. There will also be a 30th Anniversary Edition Blu-ray, as well as the Ghostbusters II 25th Anniversary Edition Blu-ray available on September 16. This is the first time the 1989 sequel has been released on Blu-ray. Special features include new conversations with director Ivan Reitman and star Dan Aykroyd, as well as deleted scenes from the sequel.

The two people who broke into Miley Cyrus’ home and stole some jewelry and her Maserati have been arrested. They’ve been identified as 19-year-old Tylor Scott and 21-year-old Naomi Charles. Police were able to identify them through video surveillance and they were picked up yesterday morning in North Hollywood. Both are still being held on $50K bail.

Kris Jenner dropped in to talk with Kathie Lee and Hoda on the Today show yesterday. She gushed about daughter Kim’s wedding, saying, “It was just a love fest. It was the most wonderful time I think I’ve ever had and it’s hard to explain that to somebody in words.” Kris’ favorite moment from the wedding was when Kim was walking down the aisle. She said Kim thought she was walking to a recording of Andrea Bocelli singing, but, “all of a sudden she looks over and sees Andrea Bocelli standing there singing … and she looks up and she actually like screamed … it was so cute.” When asked if Kourtney was pregnant with baby number three, Kris teased that we’d all have to watch the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” premiere on Sunday.

Austin Mahone sees where critics are coming from, but constantly comparing him to Justin Bieber is “kind of obnoxious.” Austin says, “They see a young kid who sings and dances and… they’re like, ‘Oh, another Justin Bieber’. Like, you don’t even know. You don’t know me. You don’t know my music. You’re just making assumptions.” But it doesn’t help Austin’s case when he goes into a recording studio with Justin. Back in April, they recorded a song together, but no word on when that might be released.

Chris Brown was freed from jail about a week ago and his friends decided to throw him a surprise party yesterday to celebrate. Karreuche Tran was seen leading a blindfolded Chris into an “extremely private” party in Beverly Hills. Among the handful of guests were Amber Rose, Akon, T-Pain, Big Sean and Tyga. Sources say the party was very low key — more like a barbecue than a party. T-Pain posted a photo of him and Chris on Instagram, saying, “Welcome home Li bra @chrisbrownofficial we still killin em.”
