“I would like to nominate my coworker/employee. Valarie is a recent widow and mother of 2 boys. Her husband was a Navy vet that passed away unexpectedly in October of this year. Her boys are 17 and 12. Valarie has been the only source of income since her husband was unable to work due to medical issues. She is just getting back on her feet and trying to make sure her boys are taken care of. Due to a family history of medical issues, she has been taking her boys to be tested for heart related issues as well. She is a devoted worker and does her best when she is at work. She wasn’t able to work full time until recently and her mom has helped out as much as she can. This Christmas will be different for the boys, and I would love to see her smile knowing that she doesn’t have to stress over them getting Christmas. Her family has always come first, and she has put herself last and we all see the toll it has taken on her. She deserves a Christmas wish!”
