Hallie and her mom joined us in the studio this morning and shared a poem that Hallie wrote about her dream of finding a bone marrow donor match.

I Have A Wish
I have a wish for phlebotomists’ quick steady hands drawing my blood,
Even better… I have a wish for no blood draws.
I have a wish for tea parties with big fancy hats and lots of sweet treats.
I have a wish for no sad doctor visits.
I have a wish for mommy not crying in the bathroom.
I have a wish to not miss school with my friends.
I have a wish to not be sick.
