“If you would have asked me two years ago if I thought I would have a relationship with this deserving family I would have told you no. Myself and the Lucio family met during a struggling time in their life. Myself and my wife, Jordaine, had the great honor of helping this family in a time of need through the foster care system. On November 15th of 2021 the Lucio’s wish came true and their children were reunited with them. That day for me was the last day I thought I would ever see the kids. In hindsight now that was the day the this very special family and my family began to have the relationship that is still strong to this day. Through continued support and love for each other we have seen what hard work, determination, forgiveness, and love looks like. They have continue to struggle with normal everyday turmoil from time to time and we help where we can. I would like to nominate them to make sure they have all their Christmas wishes come true.”
