We wanted to share it with you, but we couldn’t do that to Chef Andy! But you can see the steps below (minus his secret ingredient)!

You’re holding the scooper backwards!
Treat the Key Lime like the bottom of your feet on pedicure day!
Mix the Key Lime juice, the zest, eggs, condensed milk and other secret ingredients.
(Or watch as a professional does it.)
Taste test required!
Put the mixture in the silicone… tray.
Stop for a kiss.
Play with some fire!
Add those little extras that put it over the top!
Show off for the ‘gram!
Enjoy the finished product… just don’t eat the flower!
