Michelle Collins replaces Rosie Perez on “The View”… Giuliana Rancic leaves “E! News”… Tyga wants the FBI to fix his problems…Scott Disick misses his daughters birthday… and Ariana Grande apologizes for “I hate America” comment

Yesterday we found out that Rosie Perez is leaving “The View,” and today Entertainment Weekly is reporting that she’s being replaced by Michelle Collins. I know! Who??? Actually, Michelle is a comedian who guest-hosted earlier this season after Rosie O’Donnell bailed. She also appeared on Kathy Griffin’s Bravo talk show, “Chelsea Lately,” and “The Tyra Banks Show.”

Giuliana Rancic has announced she’s stepping down from co-hosting “E! News” on August 10. She’s going to stay on with E! as co-host of “Fashion Police” and “Live from the Red Carpet.” Giuliana also serves as executive producer of a new Oxygen show called “Rich in Faith,” and she says she’s also excited to take her wine and clothing lines “to the next level.”

Because the FBI has nothing better to do…Tyga wants them to track down the person responsible for leaking his weenie pictures online. Oh, Tyga admits it’s him, but he denies he sent them to a transgender model. Tyga believes either someone hacked his phone to get those pictures, or someone hacked the phone of the person he sent the pictures to…….

Kourtney Kardashian took her daughter Penelope to Disneyland to celebrate her 3rd birthday. Mommy and daughter even wore matching Tinkerbell costumes! But daddy Scott Disick was a no-show. He did, however, post a collage of Penelope’s photos on his IG, captioning it, “1 of the only things I’m proud off about myself. Happybdayp.”

Blame it on the meds? Ariana Grande did have dental surgery on Monday, so maybe that explains why she and her backup dancer boyfriend were daring each other to lick donuts before she declared, “What the (BLANK) is that? I hate Americans. I hate America.” We would’ve never seen or heard this if it wasn’t for the donut shop’s security video. Ariana has apologized for her words, explaining that she’s an anti-childhood obesity advocate and she was overcome with disgust by this junk food displayed in front of her. She tweeted, “need to clean up this mouth of mine & set a better example for my babes. i apologize and i love you. always learning.” Police are investigating the spitting and licking donuts incident, so maybe she’ll end up learning more about our country’s legal system. Meantime, Ariana’s dropped out of performing at the MLB All-Star game. Her people say it’s because of the dental surgery and not because of this scandal. Demi Lovato will perform, instead.
