If you’ve been watching “American Idol,” Sunday night was the Showstopper round and you saw the singer who goes by Murphy get eliminated outside the Top 24. A lot of Idol fans thought that just wasn’t right, including JOSH GAD! In fact, he tweeted, “Hey @Blindboy_music you were robbed on @AmericanIdol and I would love for you to honor us by writing a song for us on #CentralParkTV – DM me.” Within minutes, Murphy responded, “I’d be honored. 🙂 Dming you now.” Josh stars in and co-created “Central Park” with the same people behind “Bob’s Burgers.” Josh is the show’s narrator Birdie. Season 2 of “Central Park” premieres on Apple TV+ on June 25 and it’s already been renewed for Season 3.

A woman carrying a knife tried to get into Drake’s home in Toronto, but his security guards intervened before she could get inside. Drake was home at the time. The woman allegedly hit one of Drake’s guards with a metal pipe! But he must’ve been a big guy because Toronto police say no one was injured during the incident.

Now after all these months, we finally have proof that these two are actually together. On Monday, they were photographed at an airport in Mexico after wrapping up a vacation at a super private resort on Mexico’s south coast of Jalisco. They must’ve flown straight to Arkansas because the Best Cafe & Bar in Hot Springs posted a photo of the happy couple at their restaurant yesterday, captioning it, “Our team had the opportunity to cook for Aaron Rodgers and his crew last night. Grateful for the opportunity.”

Ariana Grande announced that she is joining “The Voice” as a judge next season, replacing Nick Jonas, who is rotating out. Ariana joins Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton and John Legend for Season 21. But don’t worry about Nick. He’s not leaving for good. He’s still part of the judges rotation.

A lot of people have wondered if Britney Spears ever saw the “Framing Britney Spears” documentary. She’s finally answering that question herself. Britney posted a video of her dancing to Aerosmith, captioning it in part, “I didn’t watch the documentary but from what I did see of it I was embarrassed by the light they put me in … I cried for two weeks and well …. I still cry sometimes !!!! I do what I can in my own spirituality with myself to try and keep my own joy … love … and happiness ✨🙏🏼 ☀️ !!!! Every day dancing brings me joy !!!
