The 37th annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s induction ceremony will take place Saturday, Nov. 5 — not in Cleveland, where the Hall of Fame is based — but ­­­­­at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. To be considered, artists must have released their first record 25 years before becoming eligible. The Class of 2022 includes 5 first-time nominees — Duran Duran, Lionel Richie, Carly Simon, Dolly Parton and Eminem. By the way, this is this is the first year Eminem was even eligible for consideration. And remember how Dolly Parton wanted her name removed from the fan ballot? It turns out, she was confused by being nominated for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame because she’s obviously not a rock artist. But then Dolly found out it was for all genres of music and she was good with it. Pat Benatar and the Eurythmics will also be inducted in November. By the way, in the online fan vote, Duran Duran was number one by a landslide with over 930K votes. Eminem was second with over 684K, followed by Pat Benatar with over 631K votes.

Kevin Hart has a new side hustle. Following in the footsteps of George Clooney, Dwayne Johnson, Kendall Jenner, Michael Jordan, Nick Jonas, Diddy, Adam Levine, Justin Timberlake, Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul, Kevin has launched his own premium tequila. His is called Gran Coramino. The press release says it’s a “unique Reposado Cristalino tequila finished in Cabernet wine casks for a high-quality, complex taste that redefines smoothness.” Kevin’s tequila hits store shelves in June for $60 a bottle. A dollar from every bottle sold will go to support entrepreneurs and small businesses from communities in Mexico and the US.

Post Malone is expecting a baby with…………we don’t know! He’s apparently been dating a lovely young woman for a while but they’ve kept a very low profile. However, TMZ found out the two of them celebrated the baby news with a private party for close friends and family over the weekend. Post released a statement saying, “I’m excited for this next chapter in my life, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been, and for since I could remember I was sad. Time to take care of my body and my family and friends, and spread as much love as we can every day.” This isn’t the only baby Post is expecting. His new album “Twelve Carat Toothache” is expected to drop next month.

We’re 3 weeks into the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard trial. Johnny is suing Amber for defamation, asking for $50M in damages. Yesterday, Johnny’s lawyers called Amber’s personal nurse to the stand. She worked with Amber from August 2014 throughout her marriage to Johnny. The nurse said that after meeting Amber, her first notes included that she “reports history of substance abuse including an addiction to cocaine and liquor” and that Amber “does not smoke but reports she drinks ‘1-3 glasses of red wine a day.’” Her notes also said that Amber told her she had “a history of anxiety, eating disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, bipolar disorder, codependency issues and occasional insomnia.” Amber also told the nurse that she was concerned about being able to trust Johnny. She did say that in 2015, Amber had a bloody lip and blamed it on Johnny. The nurse also testified that Amber did a lot of drugs and even brought over “a high-profile male acquaintance” to do drugs with her without Johnny knowing. After that, Johnny’s attorneys rested their case. Then Amber’s lawyers asked the judge to dismiss the case, claiming Johnny’s lawyers failed to present enough evidence to prove their side of the case. The judge denied their request. So first up for Amber’s defense was psychologist Dr. Dawn Hughes. She said she spent 29 hours with Amber and determined that she suffers from PTSD because of the repeated sexual violence that she was allegedly suffered during her relationship with Johnny. She then went into detail about several times Johnny was physically and sexually abusive. The psychologist did acknowledge that Amber exhibited some “mild violence” toward Johnny.

Dave Chappelle was performing onstage at the Hollywood Bowl last night when someone from the audience rushed up on stage and slammed him to the ground. Security rushed out and tackled the man, and then proceeded to whoop him pretty good. Before the attacker was hauled off to jail, he had to go to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries. According to police, the man possessed a replica gun that can eject a knife blade, but it’s unclear whether he tried to use it on Dave. We do know that Dave wasn’t injured, though. Right after the dust settled, Chris Rock came out and asked Dave, “Was that Will Smith?”
