Demi Lovato Blasts Fired Backup Dancer Dani Vitale

Kim Porter passed away… Lil Xan goes to rehab… Tekashi69 canceled tour… Amy Schumer is hospitalized… and Demi Lovato slams fired backup dancer

Just so shocking and sad. Kim Porter — a model and actress who may be best known for being Puff Daddy’s ex-girlfriend — passed away yesterday at the age of 47. She had been suffering from the flu, which turned into pneumonia. She had just called the doctor the day before she died to say she wasn’t getting better, and then she was found unresponsive in her bed the next morning. She leaves behind three children she shared with Diddy, 20-year-old Christian and 11-year-old twin daughters, Jessie James and D’Lila. She also has a 27-year-old Quincy with her ex, Al B. Sure!

Lil Xan is checking into rehab to finally kick his opioid addiction. He told TMZ that he’s nowhere near rock bottom…he’s been far more strung out on opioids In the past….but he says he feels like he needs treatment to help him get over “that last hump.” He dropped some new music Wednesday night so fans would have something to enjoy while he goes away for a bit. But Xan says he looks forward to being clean so he can finish his Mac Miller tribute album. He also said he plans on ditching his stage name, Lil Xan — which is a reference to Xanax. When he gets out, he’ll go by DIEGO.

Tekashi69 has cleaned house. He went on Instagram yesterday and said he fired EVERYBODY, that includes his manager, his booking agent, and his publicist. He’s also scrapped his entire US tour. Tekashi also warned venues to beware of anybody claiming to book him for gigs unless you hear the words coming out of his mouth. But then he also plugged his album, which is out next week.

A lot of women experience morning sickness during the first trimester. But Amy Schumer is now in her second trimester and she’s suffering from morning sickness so severe that she had to be hospitalized yesterday. That forced her to cancel her standup performance last night in Dallas. She posted a picture of her in her hospital bed along with a profuse apology. She said she’s fine and the baby is fine, but she’s even sicker during her trimester than she was during her first. She’s also had to cancel shows in Newark and Pittsburgh this weekend, but promises to make them up as soon as she feels better.

When Demi Lovato almost died from an overdose, a lot of her fans blamed her backup dancer Dani Vitale, who then went on social media to defend herself. Dani said, “I was not with Demi when the incident happened. Like all of you, I have nothing but love in my heart for her. There is no need for any negativity towards the ones who care about Demi.” So when it came out that Dani had fired Dani, somebody went on one and posted, “it was completely unfair to fire dani, she’s one of the few who really cares about demi’s health and has been helping her for 3 years, she’s surrounded by people who only care about her money and she does not see it.” Well, Demi saw THAT and she commented, “You have no idea what you’re talking about.” And then she added, “True friends don’t do interviews about you after you OD.”
