R. Kelly files motion… ASAP Rocky has been arrested… ‘White Chicks 2’ is happening… James Franco & Amber Heard… and Demi Lovato thirsts after The Bachelorette’s Mike

R. Kelly wants his ex-wife to STOP TALKING. His legal team has filed a motion claiming that Drea Kelly had signed papers agreeing not to talk about their marriage, but she’s been violating that agreement left and right. Apparently, Drea’s latest interview with TMZ Live was the straw that broke the camel’s back. But Drea’s attorney fired off a statement to TMZ saying R. Kelly hasn’t been honoring that agreement for YEARS. She pointed out Robert’s book Soulacoaster, where he goes into great detail about their marriage and divorce. By doing that, she said he basically threw that agreement right out the window and is now bringing it up to punish her for forcing him to keep making those child support payments. The lawyer said, “He can no longer control her with physical abuse so he’s resorting to methods of control and punishment that can be inflicted from afar.”

A$AP Rocky was arrested last night for being part of a street fight that happened Sunday night in Stockholm, Sweden. A video was posted showing A$AP grabbing a guy and throwing him and it looks bad, but then A$AP posted his own videos showing that he wasn’t the one who started it. In his videos, you can see a couple of men harassing A$AP and his crew outside a restaurant and then following them for several blocks. A$AP and his bodyguard keep telling the men that they need to leave because they don’t want to fight them, but then one of the guys hit the security guard in the head with his big headphones, which he throws to the ground and then the guy starts yelling that he wants his headphones back. Then another woman says these are the same guys who slapped her butt earlier and it all escalates to a street brawl. A$AP says the video proves he’s innocent. He posted, “So a few drug addicts (who) are not my fans, we don’t know these guys and we didn’t want any trouble, they followed us for 4 blocks . . . Give me a break.” But he was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault anyway. TMZ spoke to law enforcement in Sweden who said police can hold A$AP for up to 3 days while prosecutors determine whether to charge him. If they do, he could face up to 6 years in a Swedish prison.

Do we need a “White Chicks” sequel? Yes, we do! It’s 15 years since Shawn and Marlon Wayans gave us that movie greatness. They played FBI agents who went undercover as rich white sisters, and everybody knew they were making fun of Paris and Nicky Hilton. Terry Crews has been saying he wants to do another one for years. And when a fan asked him about it on “Watch What Happens Live,” Terry said he’d spoken to Shawn, “and he was like ‘man we doing it! We getting it going!” Also, there will be a “Breaking Bad” movie. The rumor is that it will focus on Aaron Paul’s character, Jesse Pinkman. Brian Cranston has said before that Walter White isn’t involved, but last week, Aaron and Brian both posted the same picture of two donkeys with the same caption “soon.” And yesterday, they both posted the same picture of both of them walking in some water with identical captions, “even sooner.”

Johnny Depp is suing his ex-wife Amber Heard in a $50 million defamation lawsuit. And now his attorneys have subpoenaed James Franco, who was with Amber the day after she claims Johnny beat her and left her with a black eye. There’s video of the two of them in her building’s elevator. Amber is noticeably shielding her face from the camera so we can’t see if she had any bruising, but James could see her. And that’s why he’s being subpoenaed to testify under oath whether or not he saw any marks on Amber’s face. Johnny has claimed that Amber used makeup to fake her facial injuries.

A lot of people aren’t TOO upset that Mike got eliminated from “The Bachelorette” Monday night. That would clear the way for him to be the first black Bachelor. That’s IF he’s still available when it’s time to start filming. It turns out Demi Lovato has been Mike’s number one fan, posting Instagram Stories of her watching the show. This week, she was heard saying, “Swing me! Kiss me, Boo Boo!” And she wrote, “Mike I accept your rose” in one of her Stories. Then Mike posted a tweet that many think may have been directed at Demi! He wrote, “Jus saying, my future wife though (rose emoji) girl you ready for smiles, adventure, comfort, growth, honesty, laughter, me falling using my inhaler and kissing your stretch marks and imperfections. Where u hiding (google eye emoji)”
