Box office weekend news… Brody Jenner’s comments in Sydney Airport… Khloe Kardashian back together with French Montana… Jennifer Lopez is promoting her new book… and Justin Bieber crashed Pittsburgh Steelers’ Bible study

Did anybody predict this box office upset? “Big Hero 6” was number one this weekend with $56.2 million in ticket sales. That was followed by Christopher Nolan’s “Interstellar” in second with $50 million. Was it just too long? Was there too much science talk? Was it the Anne Hathaway factor? Who knows…Way back in third place was “Gone Girl” with $6.1 million, followed closely by “Ouiji” with $6 million. And Bill Murray’s “St. Vincent” rounded out the top five with $5.7 million.

When Brody Jenner found himself walking through the Sydney Airport surrounded by fans, it kind of caught him a little off guard. He said, “Maybe if I was Kim Kardashian or some s*** I’d be used to it, but I’m just Brody Jenner.” Well, since he brought up her name, a photographer asked Brody what Kim thinks about Australia. And Brody LOST IT. He said, “You ask me some (BLANKING) stupid questions like that, I’m not gonna answer them! You understand that? You’re asking me if Kim was here? You can ask her that same (BLANKING) question. You understand that? Do you have anything else for me? That’s it?? You’re going to ask me about my (BLANKING) sister??” At that point, Brody’s friend intervened and asked the photographer to put down the camera, but Brody was still livid as he headed toward baggage claim. When a different guy tried to talk to him, “You’re one of them, too, (BLANKER).” He then ran up to the photographer acting like the was going to hit him, but the guy backed away. Brody said, “Yeah, exactly, you (BLANKING) (BLANKER).”

Khloe Kardashian must’ve decided French Montana isn’t using her after all because they’re back together. She helped him celebrate the big 3-0 but I haven’t heard what she got him yet. Khloe posted a picture of them wrapped around each other on the beach, sun setting in the background. She captioned it, “Happy birthday baby boy! In only a short amount of time we have created timeless memories. Happy birthday to a man who genuinely lives life to the fullest.” The two of them first started dating in April but broke up in September. But now, apparently, it’s all good again.

Jennifer Lopez is busy promoting her new book, True Love. When Hoda Kotb asked JLo what might have gone wrong in her past relationships, she thinks her big entourage had a lot to do with it. She admitted, “There’s a lot of people in my life and that’s hard. There’s people in the house. There’s hair and makeup. It’s a lot, I think, for someone to deal with.” Jennifer also said the pressure of fame took its toll on past relationships. She said, “Being judged, being under scrutiny in the relationship” contributed to breakups.

Justin Bieber happened to be staying at the same hotel as the Pittsburgh Steelers Saturday night and crashed their Bible study. Defensive end Cam Heyward tweeted a photo of himself and the Biebs, captioning it, “Didn’t know he was a steelers fan, but welcome to steelernation.” I guess Justin wasn’t their good luck charm. The Steelers lost to the Jets on Sunday, 20-13.
