“Spider-Man: No Way Home” has been dethroned at the box office. After 4 weeks at number one, “Scream” comes along and slashes its way to first place, earning $34M over the extended Martin Luther King Jr. weekend. It’s been more than 25 years since the first “Scream” scared the britches off of us. This latest version is the fifth in the series, picking up right where “Scream 4” left off in 2011. Why did they call it “Scream” and not “Scream 5”? I don’t know. I find that to be confusing. But this is the first “Scream” movie not directed by Wes Craven, who passed away in 2015. Rotten Tomato’s critics have given it 75% on the Tomatometer, which is really high for them. They typically don’t like horror movies. Audiences liked it a bit better, with 83% positive reviews. “Spider-Man: No Way Home” earned another $26M for second place. It’s now earned $1.62B around the globe.

How much are you loving Netflix? Enough to pay a little more? Netflix has announced their basic plan — a single non-HD stream — is going up a buck to $9.99/month. Their most popular standard plan is going up by $1.50 to $15.49/month. And the premium plan is going up $2 to $19.99/month. In their release, it says the new prices will apply to new members immediately and will gradually take effect for current members. I guess we’ll all just wait for the surprise together.

Jonah Hill and Leonardo DiCaprio have starred in a couple movies together — “The Wolf of Wall Street” and the Netflix movie “Don’t Look Up.” They don’t just have a working relationship. They’re BFFs in real life. In a new interview, Jonah said that while they were filming “Don’t Look Up,” Leo forced him to watch “The Mandalorian.” Just like the rest of the universe, he thought Baby Yoda was cute, but Jonah said, “I just didn’t give a (BLANK) because I didn’t know anything that it was about.” Jonah said he’d never watched any of the “Star Wars” movies before because he never liked sci-fi movies. He explained, “I used to have a rule: If it didn’t happen or it couldn’t happen, then I just wasn’t interested…” But then? He saw “Game of Thrones.” He said, “I started in the past couple of months. I’m on Season 4. ‘Game of Thrones’ is so sick!”

Tiffany Haddish was arrested for DUI around 4AM Friday in Peach Tree, Georgia…about 30 miles outside of Atlanta. Police were responding to a call for a driver who’d fallen asleep at the wheel. Officers had a description of the vehicle and were on the lookout for it when they spotted Tiffany pulling into a neighborhood. By the time they knocked on her window, she was asleep. They arrested her for DUI and improper stopping on a roadway. They also believe she’d smoked marijuana. Tiffany was only in police custody for a few hours. According to records, she posted $1,666 to bond out of jail around 6:30 AM. She’s smiling in her mugshot. Tiffany has been filming the new “Haunted Mansion” movie in Atlanta with Owen Wilson.

Kanye went Instagram Live over the weekend and said he was driving around trying to find his daughter Chicago’s 4th birthday party, to which he had not been invited. Kanye said that Travis Scott eventually told him the party was at Kylie’s house, and that she’s the one who let him in. However, a source told E! News, “Kanye was never not invited to the birthday party. Kim was under the impression he wanted to do his own celebration.” And another source told “Page Six,” “He was always having his own party for Chicago. He had it at 4 p.m. at his office downtown [in Los Angeles] that he planned…That always was the plan, that he would have them at that time. And he took the kids from the noon party to his.” But here’s the thing….why was Kanye so obsessed with being there for Chicago’s 4th birthday party. The source said, “Kanye didn’t show up to Chicago’s birthday last year, nor did he show up to Psalm’s last year.
