“Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” earned another $61M here in the US over the weekend, pushing it over $650M globally. In its fourth week of release, “The Bad Guys” came in second with another $6.9M. “Sonic the Hedgehog 2” was third with $4.5M, followed by the only new movie in the top five — “Firestarter.” It opened with a sad $3.8M. And rounding out the top five was “Everything Everywhere All At Once” with $3.3M. By the way, that movie has earned $47.1M so far, and is roughly $3M away from passing “Uncut Gems” as A24’s highest-grossing movie in their studio history.

Elon Musk announced on Friday that his $44B purchase of Twitter is temporarily on hold, “pending details supporting calculations that spam/fake accounts do indeed represent less than 5% of users.” We’re not sure if Elon is reconsidering because one of the problems he publicly declared is why he’s buying Twitter isn’t really a problem that needs fixing.

“The Voice” is coming back for Season 22 this fall with a new panel of coaches — some old faces and one brand new. The announcement was made on TikTok with Blake Shelton posting a video singing the viral song “Grace Kelly” by Mika that goes “I could be brown, I could be blue, I could be violet skies….” Blake has been there since Day One, so no surprise that he’s back. He captioned his TikTok, “#Duet this if you’re going to be a Coach on #TheVoice this fall.” Then John Legend jumped in. He’s been a full-time coach since joining “The Voice” in Season 16. Gwen Stefani joined next. She’s been a coach in five of the show’s 21 previous seasons, but this is the first time she’s coaching as Mrs. Shelton. And the last coach to join the panel….Camila Cabello! She was an advisor for John’s team last season, but now she’s got her own rotating red chair.

There are umpteen winners from last night’s Billboard Music Awards if you want to do a quick online search. But before the show began last night, E! News asked host and executive producer Puff Daddy Diddy Sean Combs about being instrumental in having Morgan Wallen and Travis Scott perform on the show. He said, “We’re un-canceling the canceled. [Brother] Love does not rock like that. I looked at Morgan’s situation. I looked at Travis’ situation and I said, ‘Man, I got some power to do something about that because we can’t start that in the music industry or even in life period, so I’m here to forgive, to unify, to celebrate, and to have everybody be free. That’s my job.” Morgan came under fire after being recorded using the N-word last year. And until last night, Travis hadn’t performed on a huge scale since the Astroworld tragedy in November.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are officially married this time….for real. Last month, they had a trial run at a wedding chapel in Vegas. This time, they exchanged vows on the steps of the courthouse in downtown Santa Barbara. Kourtney wore a short white mini-dress with spaghetti straps and Travis wore a black suit. It looks like their only witnesses were Travis’ dad Randy and Kourtney’s grandmother, MJ. After their vows, the drove off in a black lowrider convertible with a “JUST MARRIED” sign strapped to the bumper. Sources say Kourtney and Travis were taking care of the legal part of getting married here in the States and plan to have a formal wedding celebration in Italy.
