Fox is not picking up “The Mindy Project” for a fourth season and fans aren’t taking this well. On Twitter, @bonitadgaf wrote, “how could they cancel mindy project?!?!?! if i don’t get to see that half indian half italian baby i will actually explode.” And from @sydleaf: “First Derek dies. Then Mindy is cancelled. The apocalypse is coming. I hate life.” And one more from @gabbishaw: “TODAY WAS THE WORST DAY MINDY PROJECT WAS CANCELLED ZAYN YELLED AT LOUIS AND I HATE FINALS.” Hours after the announcement, Mindy Kaling posted an Instagram video showing this panoramic view of beautiful scenery and then she turned the camera to her face, smiled and winked. She then wrote, “Hey guys, I’m in Montana, is anything happening in LA? #themindyproject.” Word is, the show might end up on Hulu.
Adam Levine was signing autographs for fans outside Jimmy Kimmel’s studio yesterday when someone pelted him with powdered sugar. Get it? “Sugar! Yes, please! Won’t you come and put it down on me!” Security immediately grabbed the guy and got him down on the ground. He was later seen being cuffed and taken away. The suspect hasn’t been identified, but the Hollywood Reporter says he currently has five victims pressing battery charges against him, including Dwayne Johnson. This guy threw a rock at him. Get it? He threw a rock at The Rock. Apparently, he’s a punny assaulter.
Kylie Jenner finally admits the truth: she has lip fillers. In a clip promoting this Sunday’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Kylie says, “I have temporary lip fillers. It’s just an insecurity of mine and it’s what I wanted to do.” She says she just hasn’t been ready to talk to reporters about it because everybody’s always picking her family apart. However, she says she’s only tip-toed around the truth and never flat-out lied about it.
“The National Enquirer” is reporting that Ben Affleck is going through a midlife crisis. They say he got really angry, took off his wedding ring and stormed out on his wife Jennifer Garner right in front of their three kids. And the Enquirer says after another particularly bad fight, Ben actually traveled to a Buddhist monastery in Canada to “get his head straight.” Ben and Jen are coming up on their 10th wedding anniversary and sources told the magazine they are struggling to avoid a $150 million divorce.
So yesterday, producer Naughty Boy posted this photo of him and Zayn Malik in the studio and captioned it, “Replace this.” Not only were fans upset about that post, it apparently rubbed Zayn’s former One Direction bandmate Louis Tomlinson the wrong way, too. He tweeted, “Remember when you were 12 and you used to think those Mac filters for your pictures were cool haha ! Some people still do HA!” The beefing between Naughty Boy and Louis kept going back and forth until Zayn finally tweeted directly to Louis, “remember when you had a life and stopped making bitchy comments about mine ?” As for me? #TeamHarry
