This time last year, the US box office was just over $101M. Then the pandemic shutdowns started. The following week, the box office was cut roughly in half and by the new weekend, ticket sales plummeted to less than $200K. But things are slowly starting to pick up again. This weekend was the biggest weekend in a year, with an estimated $25M. Coming in first was Disney’s “Raya and the Last Dragon” with $8.6M, followed by “Tom and Jerry” with $6.6M and “Chaos Walking” with $6.6M.

Among the biggest revelations from Oprah’s jaw-dropping interview with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry….Meghan finally revealed that she’s not the one who made Kate Middleton cry over flower girls dresses. It was the exact opposite. Also, there were discussions by some members of the Royal Family over how dark baby Archie’s skin might be, which caused Oprah’s mouth to drop. Harry said he will never reveal who had that conversation with him, but a Royal insider quickly let it be known it was NOT Queen Elizabeth or her husband Prince Phillip. We also found out that Harry and Meghan didn’t refuse to give their son a title, that decision was made for them. And when the Palace removed all their security, Tyler Perry opened up his home to them and even paid for their security while Harry and Meghan figured out what they were going to do. Harry says he has a great relationship with his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, but Prince Charles stopped taking his calls. Harry said he felt let down by his father, because he’d been through something similar and knows that pain. Harry added, “…And Archie’s his grandson. But at the same time, I will always love him…And I will continue to make it one of my priorities to her that relationship.” Harry also said he and his brother William are giving each other space right now, but he loves his brother to bit and hopes time will heal things. Despite their problems, Harry said he has compassion for Prince Charles and Prince William because they’re both trapped inside the Royals family. But in the happiest of news, Harry and Meghan revealed they are expecting a baby girl this summer!
