Lori Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli are looking for a fresh start outside of California. Sources told “Us Weekly” that the college admissions scandal really took a toll on their 23-year marriage, and now they’re considering moving to Idaho to work on their issues out of the public eye. Lori spent two months in prison, and now has two years of probation and 100 hours of community service to complete. She was also fined $150K. Mossimo spent five months behind bars and has the same two years of probation, but he has to do 250 hours of community service work and write a check for $250K. Meantime, Chrissy Teigen apparently loves to kick someone when they’re down. She tweeted recently, “I wanna go to hospitality school. I am old and didn’t take my SATs. How does this work now? How do you get into school? Do I have to Lori Loughlin photoshop myself being hospitable.”

I told you yesterday that Bravo announced they’re bringing back “Vanderpump Rules” and cameras start rolling next month. Scratch that. They’ve BEEN filming Season 9 for the past several weeks and dropped a sneak peek of the upcoming season yesterday. In the clip, Lala is still very pregnant, stating that she’s at 37 weeks. Her daughter Ocean was born on March 15, so it looks like they started filming back in late February. In the clip, Lala’s fiance Randall asks Katie and Tom if they’re trying to have a baby and we find out they’ve been trying without success, so it looks like their storyline will be their fertility journey. We don’t have an exact date, but “Vanderpump Rules” will return this fall.

After being spotted with Rachael Kirkconnell on the East Coast and now the West Coast, Matt James is finally coming clean. He told People magazine, basically, they’re back together. Matt said, “I’m not pursuing any relationships right now outside of that. I said I was going to focus on my relationship with her and that means focusing on it.”

We’ve got a couple of reboots to look forward to. Fox is bringing back “Fantasy Island” with Roselyn Sanchez as the lead. Roselyn will play Elena Roarke – a descendant (maybe his granddaughter?) of Mr. Roarke (Ricardo Montalban) from the original series. If you aren’t familiar, guests come to the island with a fantasy and Mr. Roarke and his assistant Tattoo would make those fantasies come true. Sometimes the guests had a great result, but other times, guests realized that their fantasies ended up being more like nightmares. Look for the new “Fantasy Island” on August 10. And HBO Max’s reboot of “Gossip Girl” is back in July. According to the press release, the first 10-episode season will “introduce a fresh crop of gorgeous Manhattan private-schoolers to Gossip Girl’s all-seeing eye.” per the official description. It will also address “just how much social media — and the landscape of New York itself — has changed” in the years since the original series wrapped in 2012. In other TV news, John Mayer is close to signing a deal to have his own talk show on Paramount Plus. Reportedly, it would feature interviews and performances in a setting designed to look like an after-hours club for musicians.

Duncan Larcombe is the author of Prince Harry: The Inside Story. He’s gotten to know Harry in the 10 years he’s served as a Royal editor and he’s got some thoughts about Harry and Meghan’s recent interview with Oprah. He told Closer magazine that Harry’s tends to be a hot head who acts impulsively, only to regret it later. Duncan believes that’s what happened with the Oprah interview. Duncan said, “Harry was clearly hurt and angry about Meghan’s experience with the Royals – and used the interview to get it out. But after returning home, I’ve no doubt he’s been feeling embarrassed, regretful and awkward. He’s now facing the consequences. I believe he’ll regret that interview – and maybe his decision to leave the Royal Family.” Duncan said his sources told him that Harry felt “numb” leaving London after Prince Philip’s funeral, which reminded him of “everything he’s sacrificed” in recent years. Duncan believes Harry is struggling and “there could be tough times ahead.’”
