Mario Lopez‘s wife, Courtney, gave birth to the couple’s second child Monday night. They decided to wait until the baby was born to learn the sex, and as Mario tweeted yesterday: “It’s a boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please welcome Dominic Lopez to the world! Couldn’t be happier… @CourtneyMLopez and baby are doing just fine… 🙂 ” Dominic’s big sister, Gia Francesca, turns 3 tomorrow.
Before he gets back on the basketball court, Miami Heat star LeBron James will walk down the aisle this weekend with his high school sweetheart and baby mama, Savannah Brinson. Page Six is reporting that the wedding will be held at either the Grand Del Mar or Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego. The fun starts with a Friday night barbecue and then the wedding on Saturday afternoon. The ceremony will be followed by cocktails, dinner and dancing to DJs and possibly a live band. Then on Sunday, the newlyweds will wrap up their wedding weekend by treating their guests to brunch. And among those brunching will include LeBron’s teammate Dwyane Wade and his girlfriend Gabrielle Union, Carmelo Anthony and his wife La La Anthony, as well as Heat president, Pat Riley.
A photographer has filed battery charges against Jennifer Love Hewitt’s future baby daddy/fiance Brian Hallisay. TMZ is reporting that Brian and Love got into a confrontation with a paparazzo who tried to take their picture as they were leaving a restaurant in Brentwood Friday night. They told him to stop taking pictures, but the guy just kept on click, click, clicking away. That’s when Brian got a little aggravated, and according to the photographer, things got physical. During the scuffle, his camera hit him in the face, pretty close to his eye. Reportedly, Love felt so bad about it that she let photographers take a few more pictures before the couple left. A few hours later, the photographer filed a police report, but sources told TMZ there were no visible signs of any injuries to his face or eye.
It’s premiere week for “The Talk,” and each day, one of the hosts will reveal a big secret. First up was Sharon Osbourne, who revealed that way back in the day — when she was only 25…when she had just moved to America…when she knew Ozzy but wasn’t dating him…She hooked up with JAY LENO!! Sharon said that after she saw Jay do his standup routine, she and a girlfriend decided to prank call him. Sharon said Jay loved her accent, he came over to her house, and they had a “fling.” She said it lasted a couple of months and, from what she can remember, Jay was a good kisser. She says she can’t remember what the sex was like, though. But if she can’t remember………..
“Saturday Night Live” is back for its 39th season on September 28, and hosting that night will be Tina Fey. Her musical guest that night will be Arcade Fire. That’s cool and all, but everybody’s actually buzzing about week two, when Miley Cyrus will serve as both host and musical guest. It’s the second time Miley’s hosted, but the first time she’s pulled double-duty. Other than that, we know that Bruce Willis will host on October 12, with musical guest Katy Perry.
