Back in September, Shia LaBeouf was seen leaving FKA Twigs’ house in London, which led to speculation that they were dating. And now we know they definitely are. The two of them were photographed kissing in Studio City. The two of them acted together in the upcoming movie “Honey Boy,” which was written by Shia. It’s about a child actor trying to mend his relationship with his alcoholic father. FKA Twigs was perviously engaged to Robert Pattinson. They’ve been broken up well over a year. It looked like Shia married Mia Goth in Vegas a couple years ago. He says he did, but local officials say it wasn’t legal.

Floyd Mayweather has called off his New Year’s Eve fight with Tenshin Nasukawa. Floyd claims he was mislead by fight promoters, saying he only ever agreed to fight Tenshin in a private, closed door, 3-round exhibition fight “for a small group of wealthy spectators for a very large fee.” He found out at his press conference it would be a globally televised super fight. Floyd says he was blindsided, but he went along with it at the time because he didn’t want to cause a disturbance.

Floyd Mayweather has released a statement saying he never agreed to face Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa in an official bout.

Demi Lovato has been running around with a guy named Henry Levy, who she met in rehab several years ago. But where is Wilmer Valderrama? TMZ says he was a crutch for Demi throughout her hospital stay and he visited her multiple times while she was in rehab. Their sources say he continues to be a huge support for her and that they communicate regularly. Their sources say it’s nothing romantic…just a supportive friendship.

There’s a huge 3-day music festival leading up to the Super Bowl in Atlanta. The performers were just announced yesterday. Staring Thursday, Jan. 31, there will be a concert featuring Ludacris, Migos, Lil Yachty, Lil Baby, and Metro Boomin. Lil Jon will also DJ. Aerosmith headlines on Friday, and on Saturday, it’s Bruno Mars and Cardi B! The 3-day festival also features celebrity and athlete appearances.
