Seth MacFarlane is one of the producers of an upcoming Naked Gun remake, starring Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson! The movie is in the earliest stages of development and there’s no title yet. The 1988 original was titled The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad!, starring the late Leslie Nielsen as the bumbling detective named Frank Drebin. That was followed by 1991’s The Naked Gun 2 1/2: The Smell of Fear, and rounded out by 1994’s Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult. In other movie news, Martin Scorsese is trying to develop a movie based on the life of Frank Sinatra, with Leonardo DiCaprio starring as Ol’ Blue Eyes! Marty is still negotiating with Frank’s daughter, Tina Sinatra, who controls her late father’s estate and has yet to give her blessing. In the meantime, sources say Marty is talking to Jennifer Lawrence about taking on the role of Frank’s second wife, Ava Gardner. Jennifer and Leo last worked together on 2021′s Don’t Look Up.

50 Cent is adding to his empire! Yesterday, the mayor declared it to be Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson Day in Shreveport, Louisiana, and handed 50 the key to the city. It was all in celebration of the official launch of 50’s G-Unit Studios, which he hopes will rival the success of Tyler Perry’s studio in Atlanta. 50 told the crowd, “As someone who’s always believed in the transformative power of music, film and television I’m really excited to show you the expansion of film and television through G-Unit Studio right here in Shreveport.” The city of Shreveport agreed to lease the previously named Millennium Studios to 50 Cent for 30 years, and an annual rate of only $2400! The mayor says this agreement will save the city almost $180K a year, not to mention all the jobs it will create for locals.

In Touch reported yesterday that because of declining ratings and inappropriate behavior, Andy Cohen is in on his way out at Bravo! Their source said, “Negotiations for Cohen’s departure package are underway as he grapples with the fallout from mounting accusations by his stars.” The only stars to really blast Andy are former New York Housewife Leah McSweeney, who says she heard Andy did cocaine with other Housewives and former Beverly Hills Housewife Brandi Glanville who claims Andy sexually harassed her over the phone. But TMZ talked to an insider at Bravo who said, “There is absolutely no truth to the rumor Andy’s negotiating an exit from the network.”

Caitlin Clark just wants to play basketball. So why is Antonio Brown coming for her? On Wednesday, the former NFL player posted on X, “Caitlin Clark looks like she keeps it hairy.” It went viral and Caitlin caught wind of it, so she simply blocked him. Antonio thought that was hilarious, sharing a screenshot of him being blocked and calling Caitlin his “Cracker of the Day.”

Taylor Swift released her new album The Tortured Poets Department at midnight, as promised. Then BAM! Two hours later, she hit us with The Alchemy! It’s a DOUBLE ALBUM! After spending the last two years working through some dark stuff, Taylor posted on Instagram, “…This period of the author’s life is now over, the chapter closed and boarded up. There is nothing to avenge, no scores to settle once wounds have healed. And upon further reflection, a good number of them turned out to be self-inflicted. This writer is of the firm belief that our tears become holy in the form of ink on a page. Once we have spoken our saddest story, we can be free of it. And then all that’s left behind is the tortured poetry.” Now that THAT’s out of her system, everyone is picking apart every lyric, pinpointing which ex each song is about. So far, Joe Alwyn is considered the inspiration for The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived, LOML, I Can Do It With a Broken Heart, and So Long, London. Her brief rebound with Matty Healy inspired The Tortured Poets Department, as well as Guilty As Sin?, Down Bad, I Can Fix Him (No Really I Can), and Black Dog. But things take a much more fun and bubbly turn when Taylor sings of finding new love with Travis Kelce in The Alchemy! And by the way, Taylor is still working through some past issues, as evidenced by the diss tracks thanK you aIMee and Cassandra, which seem to be aimed directly at Kim Kardashian.
