A couple years ago, Tiffany Haddish was filming a project in the Atlanta area and was arrested for DUI after she was found asleep behind the wheel. It turns out she was under the influence of weed. Then the day after Thanksgiving, she was found asleep behind the wheel in the middle of the street in Beverly Hills and was arrested for a second DUI. This time, she blamed it on the alcohol. Now a judge in Georgia has told Tiffany, “No more drinking for you!” And she has to submit to weekly drug testing. Tiffany isn’t allowed to consume any HEM products like CBD, either. And any prescription medications must be taken AS PRESCRIBED, adhering to therapeutic limits. Some of Tiffany’s friends are afraid she’s mentally and emotionally spiraling. Not only does she deal with abandonment issues, she had a very public breakup with Common, and then she was sued by a former friend who accused her of having inappropriate relations with her kids. That lawsuit was settled out of court.

Ariana Grande has had a very busy year. She started filming Wicked in England, had an affair, broke up a marriage, got a divorce, dumped Scooter Braun as her manager and just signed a deal with Good World Management. And under her new management, Ariana is releasing her first single — an updated, more provocative remake of her Christmas song, Santa Tell Me (Naughty Version). For example, she sings, “Oh, I wanna let him unwrap me like oh-oh-oh / Get on top of him by that fireplace, oh-oh-oh.” So, don’t listen to this one on Christmas morning with the kids……

During the Jonas Brothers’ final concert performance of 2023, Nick announced from the stage, “We’ve reached the end, but we left you all a card on your seats, I don’t know if you got those when you got in…” Joe asked what the note said, just in case people in the audience didn’t get one, and Nick said, “Okay, so in 2025, it will be the 20-year anniversary of this band, and that card was your formal invite because we’re gonna do this thing again!” And for their final show at Yankee Stadium, the Jonas Brothers brought out surprise guests Jack Black, who sang Peaches from The Super Mario Bros. Movie, and OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder, who joined the JoBros to perform Sucker.

Kanye West gave us a little taste of his new music Monday, debuting a snippet of his take on the Backstreet Boys’ song Everybody at a Miami restaurant and on social media. In Kanye’s version, you hear the original song and chorus, and then Ty Dolla Sign sings the original lyrics with other voices singing the chorus. Kanye never cleared this with the Backstreet Boys, but he didn’t really HAVE to. They didn’t write the song. That credit goes to Max Martin and the late Denniz Pop. Also interpolation — which is basically covering a segment of a song that is re-sung or re-played in another song — only requires permission from the music publisher. Again, that’s not the Backstreet Boys. There’s also the possibility that this song isn’t even on Kanye’s album, which is supposed to drop sometime late Thursday. He could just be messing with us.

First of all, happy birthday, Taylor Swift! Yesterday morning, Taylor flew from Kansas City to NYC, and many assumed it was to attend TIME’S s Person of the Year gala last night. But that was not the case. As Person of the Year, Taylor opted to skip the formal affair and have a more casual (but still very bougie) pre-birthday dinner with a newly blonde Selena Gomez, Miles Teller and his wife Keleigh Sperry. No reason was given for Taylor skipping the event.
