People’s Choice Awards winners… celebrity couple’s news… Baby news… Lara Stone threatened by Justin Bieber fans… and Teresa Giudice’s sentence has been reduced
The “41st Annual People’s Choice Awards” were presented last night, hosted by Anna Faris and Allison Janney. Among the big winners, as chosen by The People…”Maleficent” won for Best Picture, while Robert Downey Jr. and Jennifer Lawrence won Favorite Movie Actor and Actress. Favorite Comedic Movie went to “22 Jump Street,” while Adam Sandler and Melissa McCarthy took Favorite Comedic acting awards. The People chose “The Big Bang Theory” as their Favorite TV Show and Favorite Network TV Comedy. Maroon 5 won Favorite Group.
In celebrity couple’s news, Chris Rock and his wife Malaak Compton-Rock are getting divorced after 19 years of marriage. Rumors were swirling that he was having an affair with his “Top Five” co-star, Rosario Dawson, but everybody in her camp is denying that. In fact, Chris was vacationing over the holidays with a mystery woman who was definitely not Rosario. And Nikki Reed’s divorce from Paul McDonald was just finalized, and everyone’s expecting her to turn around and quickly marry Ian Somerhalder. Eyewitness say they were shopping for engagement rings recently.
Jennifer Love Hewitt is expecting her second child with hubby Brian Hallisay. Their daughter Autumn is now 13 months old. And Benedict Cumberbatch and his fiancee Sophie Hunter are expecting a baby.
Lara Stone must’ve been thrilled when her agent called and said she was going to co-star with Justin Bieber in his new Calvin Klein underwear campaign. Poor thing didn’t know at the time she’d have to deal with the internet trolls threatening to kill her for daring to pose in various states of undress alongside the Biebs. How can Twitter allow, “i hate u. touch justins (blank) again and ill kill u im not joking” or “back off or i’ll kill you, please and thanks. no pressure” ??? How is that okay and not punishable by law???
Teresa Giudice isn’t even a full week into her 15-month sentence and it looks like her sentence has already been reduced!! According to the Bureau of Prisons website, her release date is now February 5, 2016 — about 2 months earlier than her original sentence.
