She was there to watch him receive his Super Bowl ring and later that night, she got a ring! Congratulations to Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Matthews on your engagement! Patrick and Brittany have been dating since high school and she has put up with grief beyond belief as a football superstar’s girlfriend. But now, she’ll get grief as a football superstar’s WIFE! Patrick showed off his fiancée’s ginormous ring on her perfectly manicured hand on his Instagram Story, captioning it, “Ring SZN.” She posted the beautiful setup Patrick arranged for the proposal, which apparently took place inside the Chiefs Stadium. There were roses everywhere with “Will You Marry Me” spelled out in marquee lights, followed by a candle-lit dinner outside. Brittany captioned it, “My heart is so full! I love this man so incredibly much and today was so so special!”

Kim Kardashian West is thanking her biggest fan by putting her on a billboard. Kim posted some pictures of the billboard, captioning them, “This SKIMS campaign is so special to me because I get to celebrate the people that have had my back forever! I had to make sure my girl @MyleezaKardash was front and center! My biggest fan from day 1, I Had to see her on a huge billboard!!!” Myleeza responded by saying “Even after losing close to 100lbs, I still felt self-conscious about my body, but this moment made me love myself even more!”

Kanye West was a guest on Nick Cannon’s podcast and he had a LOT to talk about. In fact, there was so much there, Nick divided the interview into two parts. In part one, we learned that Kanye spent $50M on his Sunday Services last year. He told Nick, “I spent every dime that I have for marketing from Yeezy on Sunday Service. Every dollar I had. I spent $50 million last year on Sunday Service if you add up the operas, if you add up the flights. It was 120 people going to Jamaica. The Yeezys, they were selling themselves. So instead of paying for ads, I invested it in the church. I invested in spreading gospel.”

The celebrity dancers for Tyra Banks’ version of “Dancing With the Stars” were announced this morning and it turns out the rumor about Carole Baskin is true! She joins the previously announced celebrity dancers Kaitlyn Bristowe from “The Bachelorette” and Backstreet Boy AJ McLean, along with actress Anne Heche, “Selling Sunset” realtor Chrishell Stausse, Navarro College cheer coach Monica Aldama, Nev Schulman from MTV’s “Catfish,” Jeannie Mai from “The Real,” “Desperate Housewives” poolboy Jesse Metcalfe, the Disney Channel’s Skai Jackson, Justina Machado from the reboot of “One Day at a Time,” former Olympic figure skater Johnny Weir, Super Bowl winner Vernon Davis, NBA All-Star Charles Oakley, and Nelly! That’s 15 dancers in total, but we won’t know who they’re paired up with until the season premiere on September 14, with new host Tyra Banks.

I thought this was going to be the juiciest story of 2020, but Ana fact-checked me that the viral TikTok video of Selena Gomez calling out Justin Bieber for stalking her is fake. While applying her makeup and with her melancholy version of “Bleeding Love” playing in the background, this message was posted: “You knew what you were doing and you knew it would break my heart. I trusted you…but somehow that didn’t stop you. And I hate how you made me question myself when the problem was with you all along. I blamed myself for expecting more than I should have out of you. I’ve moved on…and I’m happy. Don’t worry about what I’m doing. You are a married man now…So, do me a favor and stop stalking me.” Turns out it was from a fake account, and I fell for it. My bad!
