J-Si’s Blog: The J-Si Bad Luck Tour 2012

Well, if you thought the J-Si Bad Luck Tour 2012 was over, you are wrong! haha. I did put some of that bad luck behind me by paying my last speeding ticket yesterday, only to have something else replace that lil burden that was hanging over me. Another tree branch fell on our property! Yes, from the same tree that brought us that humongous branch that almost took us out. The same tree that was worked on by what my landlord calls a “tree professional”. And let’s remember that this “tree professional” only got paid $25. The same tree that I thought needed to be cut down, completely. Unfortunately, my landlord does not listen to our requests, and we are stuck because we are still trying to figure out how to get a loan to buy a house… a loan where we don’t end up getting totally ripped off would be great, so if you know a billionaire, who loves our show, and wants to let us borrow a lil money (its a lil bit of money to them), let me know. Thank you.

Luckily, this one was its little brother, but it is still a decent sized branch, and it did jack up the deck, and it barely missed hitting our power lines, again. You would think that the branch would be the worst thing that could happen to me yesterday. Yeah, dealing with the crazy landlord was a whooping because all she does is scream. There is no talking softly, she screams. I actually feel like I am getting yelled at by a Russian mob boss’ wife. What could possibly be worse? I was not able to watch Tosh.0! I have Direct TV, and Viacom decided to block some of my favorite channels, including Comedy Central, and MTV. Tosh.0 is what makes me smile the rest of the week, but that did not happen. I am wondering if I will be able to smile again… probably not. ha! Ok, I smiled!

In Cason news: I am brining him to work with me today. I get to do a red carpet that involves Will Ferrell and Zach Galifdfafakis (thats totally the right spelling). And yesterday he picked up the lil ukulele we got him, on his own, and held it the way I was holding my guitar. I managed to get a picture of it before he grabbed it by the neck and smashed it on the floor, and started playing it like a drum… baby steps. He’s got plenty of time to get it down, but I guess he wont be trying out to be in Rock Camp this year.
