Question: is it normal for your kid to get extremely sick after every doctors visit? It seems like Cason only gets super sick after we take him in for his checkup. Maybe it’s the parents, who still don’t know how to follow the “don’t bring your sick child into a room full of healthy ones” rule. There is a room for those children who are suffering from the flu, but what the heck… lets just let them hang with the other kids. Frustrating. Can you tell I lack sleep because of Cason’s all night sick party? Good times.

Now to a bigger matter. When I am not complaining about other parents being irresponsible, or watching a blowout national championship, while watching the Bachelor… I am dreaming. Usually, dreaming is inspired by something I see or read, like the story I came across about the Paypal founder wanting to develop a cool futuristic city in… Get this… in freaking Mars!!!! How freaking awesome is that! The city will house about 80,000 people. This means I need to figure out how to get on this thing. There are a few drawbacks. The city will only cater to vegetarians (I love steak). But, it still sounds awesome. What if I became the Ryan Seacrest of Mars? Or what if led some crazy revolt to overtake some jerk who becomes the president? Possibilities are endless! My goal is to go there, and be on all the Mars history books when kids are studying history in school. I think it cost about $500k/person, give or take a couple bucks, soooooooo who wants to lend me… and Kinsey… and Cason the money?
