Elle King suffered a concussion after taking a tumble down the stairs, causing her to cancel a few of her holiday performances. On her Instagram, Elle explained that she got up in the middle of the night to make a bottle for her 1-year-old son Lucky when she fell and knocked herself out. She said, “I tried to push through and played three shows, but the travel, lights, all of it only exacerbated things. I’d like to thank the artists that stepped in and filled my slots, as well as the radio stations, for their understanding and continued support.”

Ava DuVernay has teamed up with Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream to create her own exclusive flavor. They’re calling it “Lights! Carmel! Action! Directed by Ava DuVernay.” Ava said, “Partnering with Ben & Jerry’s, a company that I’ve long admired for their commitment to social justice, has been a thrill ride. I had the opportunity to work with food scientists to create a flavor with all the ingredients that I personally love for a cause close to my heart. Beyond being downright delicious, proceeds to further its non-profit mission of inclusion and belonging in the film and TV industries. A worthy and delicious endeavor.” Ava’s flavor is a combination of her favorite treats — graham crackers, chocolate chip cookie dough, and salted caramel — all swirled into vanilla ice cream.

With little fanfare, Trevor Noah ended his 7-year run as the host of Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show” on Friday night. Trevor said, “When I started the show I had three clear goals: I’m going to make sure Hillary gets elected, I’m going to make sure I prevent a global pandemic from starting, and I’m going to become best friends with Kanye West. I think it’s time to move on.” Until they find a permanent host, they’ll have a bunch of guest hosts filling in, including Al Franken, Chelsea Handler, Sarah Silverman, Wanda Sykes, Leslie Jones, John Leguizamo and Marlon Wayans, just to name a few.

“Wednesday” co-stars Jenna Ortega (Wednesday) and Percy Hynes White (Xavier) are filming a new romantic comedy together in Utah. The movie they’re working on has not been announced AT ALL, but fans have uncovered a few details. The movie is called “Winter Spring Summer or Fall” and follows the story of Remi and Barnes, two very different teenagers who meet by chance in the winter of their senior year. They then spend four days together over the course of a year that will change their lives forever.

We found out Beyonce is going on tour next year when she auctioned off a VIP experience at her mother’s big fundraiser a couple months ago. We still don’t know when or where the tour will take place, but a source told “The Sun” that it will be a summer tour. The source also said that Beyonce has already begun putting her team together, and she has pretty strict rules for all the band, dancers and crew members. First of all, no drugs or booze. Period. The source said, “Bey knows the new performances will require intense choreography and precision, so everyone has to be clean and sober. There won’t be any crazy partying on the road, either.” To create a safe work environment, Beyonce is also requiring everyone to undergo a thorough background check. And because Beyonce cares about her employees’ well-being, everyone will have access to mental health support while out on the road.
