They went through with it! The Golden Bachelor is now the Golden Newlywed! Gerry Turner married Theresa Nist on live TV last night. The 70-year-old bride was walked down the aisle by her son, Tommy, wearing a sexy mermaid gown with a plunging neckline. The 72-year-old groom chose a traditional black tux. Susan Knowles — the Kris Jenner lookalike who also competed for Gerry on The Golden Bachelor — performed the ceremony. So the woman who wanted to marry Gerry…..married him!

If you are the girls planned on heading to Vegas this weekend to check out Christina Aguilera’s show at The Venetian, tap your brakes! Christina posted on her Instagram Story, “After welcoming all of you to the new year from the stage in Las Vegas, I’ve been welcomed with a new flu!!!” So the two shows this weekend are postponed until …. we’re not sure yet. Christina said she’d be back on stage in a few weeks. Christina said, “Ticket info available at original point of purchase,” but at last check, there were no updates.

Just over a year after his little brother Aaron died, Nick Carter is speaking out about the recent loss of his sister, Bobbie Jean. On social media yesterday, Nick said, “It may take a lifetime to fully process the loss my family has endured over the years – most recently, with the sudden passing of our sister Bobbie Jean. I am completely heartbroken.” Just 2 days before Christmas, Bobbie Jean was found unresponsive in the bathroom of her home in Tampa. She had been on probation for cocaine possession, but her roommates told authorities that Bobbie Jean hadn’t used any narcotics since being released from prison in early November. No drugs were found in her bedroom or bathroom, and there were no signs of foul play. Bobbie Jean’s 8-year-old daughter is currently in the care of an aunt on her father’s side.

Before he began preparing for his role as the lead character in the movie Padre Pio, Shia LaBeouf admitted that he was agnostic. But during his research, he became drawn to the Catholic faith. He explained to The Catholic News Agency that he’d always thought of Jesus as “soft, fragile, all-loving, all-listening.” But when he started exploring the Gospels, he discovered a different, more masculine Christ, which deepened his connection to the Catholic faith. So after completing all the classes, Shia has now been confirmed into the Catholic church!

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky took their boys to Aspen to ring in the new year, but on Wednesday, they loaded 19-month-old RZA and 3-month old Riot into a private plane and headed back home to reality. A$AP’s reality is a little more serious than yours and mine because on Monday, he’s going on trial. Back in November 2021, A$AP is accused of getting into a fight with a man which ultimately led to him firing the gun. Terell Ephron claims the bullets hit him in the knuckles and he’s suing A$AP for assault, battery and emotional distress.
