Lindsay Lohan was arrested last night in NYC for pulling an Amanda Bynes. She was parking her Porsche Cayenne near the Dream Hotel in downtown NYC at a ‘very low speed’ when she allegedly hit the knee of a 30-something year old guy around 2 a.m. Lindsay and her entourage just parked and went inside the hotel.

Someone called the police while she was inside and when she walked out 30 min later, she was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident. That’s just a misdemeanor charge so didn’t have to serve any hard time. She was booked and then released with a desk appearance ticket, so she did not have to pay any bail. Alcohol was not involved. The victim was hospitalized but didn’t have any visible injuries.

This arrest could absolutely trigger a probation violation in Lindsay’s jewelry theft case because one of the conditions of probation is she OBEY ALL LAWS.
