When celebrities have a huge announcement to make and they want to speak for themselves, they go to Twitter. But soon, they could be able to speak more freely because Twitter is testing this new way of tweeting, doubling the character limit from 140 to 280. Whoa. This is good news to some, but not to all! Some are saying posts will now look ridiculous and it will take longer to catch up on what’s happening with all the feeds you follow. Chrissy Teigen tweeted, “Literally my only talent was being able to think of tweets exactly 140 characters long. i don’t know if I will be able to alter this to 280.”
Game of Thrones fans will be thrilled to know that Jon Snow and Ygritte are getting married! Actually, the people who play those characters are engaged. Kit Harington and Rose Leslie. They even took out an official wedding announcement in their hometown newspaper in England! Kit and Rose met on the GOT set and started dating in season two. Kit said at the time, “If you’re already attracted to someone, and then they play your love interest in the show, it becomes very easy to fall in love!” Even thought Kit and Rose broke up after about a year — which had to make things AWKWARD — they eventually figured things out, they moved in together, and now they’re ENGAGED!!
It was a huge shock to their fans, but Chip and Joanna Gaines have announced that the next season of “Fixer Upper” will be the last. They made the statement together, hand-in-hand, reassuring us that their marriage is stronger than ever…..that “this has nothing to do with a fraudulent skincare line” or anything else we’ll read…They said, “This is just us recognizing that we need to catch our breath for a moment. Our plan is to take this time to shore up and strengthen the spots that are weak, rest the places that are tired and give lots of love and attention to both our family and our businesses.” Chip and Joanna say even though their home renovation show is coming to an end after five seasons, their home renovations are not! They’ll keep doing that, and they’ll keep running all their successful side businesses, including their Magnolia Home line of furniture and accessories. Plus, they just announced a new line at Target coming this fall called Hearth & Hand.
The family still isn’t confirming that Kylie Jenner is pregnant, but right on the heels of that huge shocker, we got news yesterday that big sister Khloe Kardashian is pregnant with Tristan Thompson’s baby! TMZ is reporting that she’s about 3 months along. Some are saying she’s more like four months pregnant. But now that picture Khloe posted from her birthday celebration on June 26 is making more sense! She’s feeding Tristan a bite of cake and she captioned the photo, “DAD + MOM.” As far as pictures Khloe is posting of her flat belly, she could be throwing us off with some old photos…
