Sarah Ferguson’s malignant melanoma diagnosis… Dominic Fike on portraying a drug addict… Jamie Foxx is back to filming… NFL Playoff Bracket 2024… and Singer Elle King botches Dolly Parton’s tribute

The Royal Family keeps getting hit left and right with health problems. Last week we found out Kate Middleton had surgery for some abdominal issues. King Charles will have surgery for an enlarged prostate this week. And now Sarah Ferguson – who is divorced from creepy Prince Andrew – has announced on her Instagram page that she’s been diagnosed with malignant melanoma. And this is her second cancer diagnosis within a year! Last summer, Sarah was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. Sarah said the skin cancer diagnosis came as a shock, adding, “I believe my experience underlines the importance of checking the size, shape, colour and texture and emergence of new moles that can be a sign of melanoma and urge anyone who is reading this to be diligent.”

Euphoria star Dominic Fike is in a new movie called Little Death, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival last week. And just like he does in Euphoria, Dominic plays a drug addict. Dominic told Variety, “I actually am a pretty big drug addict myself, believe it or not.” But Dominic said he had an easier time playing an addict in Little Death. He explained, “When I was on Euphoria, they kind of just gave me a coach who would just talk to you. It was just some random lady…We had nothing in common. We didn’t come from the same places or the same problems. It was hard to take advice from someone like that or give a s***.” So will he come back for Season 3. Dominic isn’t really sure. He said, “Last time I talked to them, it was cool…I don’t really talk to them anymore…Who knows, I’ve got stuff to do.”

It was April 11, 2023 that Jamie Foxx’s daughter announced that he was in the hospital after suffering a “medical complication.” Jamie was in Atlanta and was right in the middle of filming Back in Action with Cameron Diaz when this happened, and production was shut down. Jamie has never said what his “medical complication” was, but it looks like he has made a full recovery. Jamie and Cameron were back in Atlanta over the weekend, picking up where they left off filming last year.

We don’t know who will play in this year’s Super Bowl yet, but it would be more financially beneficial for Travis Kelce if the Chiefs don’t make it! We don’t know the agreement for this year’s game yet, but last year, everyone on the Chiefs got a $157K check for winning, and the Eagles got an $82K for losing. But as the boyfriend of Taylor Swift, Travis has been thrust even more into the spotlight and he’s a hot commodity for advertisers. In fact, sources told Page Six that many brands are willing to pay Travis up to $1M just to show up at their Super Bowl parties in Vegas. And one source said it would be an even bigger paycheck if Travis does an appearance with his brother Jason, whose Eagles are out of Super Bowl contention after losing to the Bucs.

A couple years ago, Elle King confessed to a reporter that she likes to have a couple drinks before she goes onstage, saying, “Drinking makes me less nervous about hitting the notes when I sing. If I don’t make them, it won’t sting as much.” This time, it looks like Elle had more than a couple to calm her nerves. She’s taking a lot of heat for her drunken performance at Dolly Parton’s birthday celebration at the Grand Ole Opry Friday night. Elle told the audience, “I’m not gonna (BLANKING) lie. Y’all bought tickets for this s***? You ain’t getting your money back. I’ll tell you one thing more: Hi, my name is Elle King. I’m (BLANKING) hammered.” She went on to butcher Dolly’s song Marry Me and drop a bunch of F-bombs. This had been billed as a family friendly event, so that made a lot of people in the audience even more upset. The Opry apologized on social media, but we haven’t heard from Elle or Dolly yet. However, Dolly’s sister had something to say! Even though she doesn’t know her, Stella Parton is Team Elle! She tweeted on Sunday, “I didn’t see nor hear the Grand Ole Opry birthday tribute to my big sister Dolly over the weekend. But some lil girl by the name of Elle King apparently cussed and insulted some of Dolly’s fans by not knowing a song. She did admit to being ‘hammered’ her word not mine. But let me just say this, it wouldn’t be the first time a Hillbilly went on the stage of the Opry ‘hammered’ but I guess it’s ok if you’re a male but good lord don’t ever let a girl behave that way folks! Double (BLANKING) standard if ya ask me. So the Opry is apologizing! Lol.” Stella added, “To any lil ego thinking they can learn the lyrics correctly with a half a**ed listen to one of Dolly’s song. Surprise! You’ll end up looking as silly as that lil girl. Do your homework people. Memorize the lyrics to Jolene or COMC. My sister loves words. A brilliant word smith.”
